I'm a solo developer with a habit of spotting problems and wondering if there's a product in there. Instead of planning the perfect thing for months, I ship a lightweight version and learn from what people do with it.
Ideas start from actual friction: things I or people around me run into that don't have a good solution yet.
The simplest version that lets real people try the idea. No polish, just enough to get useful feedback.
If people find value, give feedback, or come back, I keep building. If not, I write down what I learned and either adapt the idea or retire it.
